Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1  By registering a Player Account on sule69, you unconditionally accept this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2.2  Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of: (a) clicking the account-creation confirmation; (b) making a deposit; or (c) placing a wager on any game or event.

2.3  sule69 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where practicable, we will provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice of material changes via email to the registered address or a prominent site notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. Eligibility

3.1  To open and maintain a Player Account on sule69, you must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 21 years of age as measured from your date of birth according to your government-issued identification document.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from sule69 or had an account terminated for breach of this Agreement.
6. You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.2  The Platform is primarily designed for and marketed to players accessing it from Indonesia. Indonesian residents must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with prevailing domestic standards applied by sule69. This age threshold is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.

3.3  sule69 expressly prohibits account registration by residents or nationals of jurisdictions where online gambling is fully prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

4.1  Each Player may hold no more than one (1) Player Account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

4.2  During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). sule69 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4  You must notify sule69 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Player Account.

4.5  You must update your account information promptly whenever it changes. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.1 Account Security Best Practices

• Use a unique, complex password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your password with another person, including sule69 support staff (we will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1  sule69 operates under a strict Know Your Customer policy. All Players are required to successfully complete KYC verification before making withdrawals, and sule69 may require KYC documentation at any point after registration.

5.2  Accepted identification documents for Indonesian Players include:

• Primary ID: KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — National Identity Card) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your registered residential address, issued within the past three (3) months.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or photo of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming ownership by the account holder.

5.3  sule69 reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.

5.4  Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by sule69 may result in account suspension and/or inability to process withdrawals.

5.5  All documents submitted for KYC are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes.

6. Deposits

6.1  sule69 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

6.2  Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and Player Account tier. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from Rp 50,000 and maximum single deposits may be up to Rp 100,000,000 subject to payment provider limits.

6.3  Deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

6.4  sule69 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All transactions must be conducted through the approved fiat payment methods listed in clause 6.1.

6.5  Deposit processing times are estimates only. Bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 07:00–22:00 WIB) typically credit within 5 minutes. Transfers made outside banking hours may take longer and will be credited when processing resumes. sule69 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party banking institutions or network disruptions.

6.6  sule69 does not charge Players for depositing. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which sule69 is not responsible.

7. Withdrawals

7.1  Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification has been completed and all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met.

7.2  Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method. sule69 reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for security and anti-money-laundering compliance.

7.3  Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard accounts: Up to 24 hours from approval.
• Gold VIP: Up to 12–18 hours from approval.
• Platinum VIP: Up to 6–12 hours from approval.
• Diamond VIP: Up to 2–6 hours from approval.

7.4  sule69 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information or documentation is required.

7.5  Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are subject to your VIP tier and payment method. Players may submit one (1) withdrawal request per 24-hour period unless otherwise agreed by sule69 in writing for VIP accounts.

7.6  sule69 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of this Agreement pending investigation. The Player will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

7.7  In the event of account closure requested by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable administrative period, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and compliance checks.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1  sule69 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and to the general provisions set out in this clause.

8.2  Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before becoming withdrawable cash.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements on the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10–20%; certain game types may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• A maximum bet of Rp 100,000 per spin or hand applies while Bonus Funds are active, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus wagering is outstanding may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.3  sule69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed in error or obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited without recourse.

8.4  sule69 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and use of automated software. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and balances forfeited.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1  All bets and wagers placed through sule69 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections prior to confirmation. sule69 will not void bets due to Player error unless a verified technical fault on the Platform is demonstrably responsible for the incorrect outcome.

9.2  sule69 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet or game round where there is credible evidence of: match-fixing, manipulation of game outcomes, technical malfunction, or data feed errors from third-party providers.

9.3  For sports betting markets including bandar bola (football wagering markets), mix parlay (accumulator/multi-bet), and handicap (voor bola) markets, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 Management) within the time period specified at the point of bet placement shall be final.

9.4  Live betting (in-play) odds fluctuate in real time. sule69 cannot guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds at any given moment. Markets may be suspended or closed at any time at the discretion of sule69's trading team.

9.5  In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or Force Majeure event during a game round, sule69 will apply the following resolution policy: (a) if the game round outcome can be independently verified, the verified result stands; (b) if the outcome cannot be verified, the game round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.

9.6  Traditional lottery games (togel) are governed by draw schedules published on the Platform. Draw results are determined by the relevant official lottery draw provider. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw.

10. Prohibited Activities

10.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on sule69 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Player Account, or colluding with another Player to exploit bonuses or game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms or markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sule69 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any legitimate deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider.

10.2  sule69 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities, freeze associated funds pending investigation, and report relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1  All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of sule69 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: download (other than page caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

11.3  Game content, RNG algorithms, and live-streaming infrastructure are proprietary to their respective third-party providers and are licensed to sule69 for delivery through the Platform. Players have no rights whatsoever in such third-party intellectual property.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1  sule69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2  You acknowledge that sule69 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or financial compliance authorities pursuant to applicable legal obligations, without prior notice to you where disclosure is required on a confidential basis.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1  sule69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible via account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on funds added to your account.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net gaming losses.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play durations with automatic logout.
• Reality Check Alerts: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed time and profit/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary suspension (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent account closure. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period.

13.3  The 21+ age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. sule69 will never knowingly permit an underage person to open or operate a Player Account.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sule69, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

14.2  sule69's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to sule69 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3  sule69 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times; (b) any specific game odds, RTP percentages, or jackpot amounts will be achieved by any individual Player; or (c) the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components (although we take all reasonable steps to prevent such occurrences).

14.4  Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Indemnification

15.1  You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless sule69 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party.

16. Amendments

16.1  sule69 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time by posting the amended version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material amendments affecting Players' rights or obligations, sule69 will endeavor to provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice by email or prominent site notice.

16.2  If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change and request account closure if applicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

17. Governing Law

17.1  This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sule69 holds its operating license.

17.2  Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body as determined by sule69. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

17.3  Nothing in this clause limits sule69's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
